Golden times in the Mountains!!!

On 08.10.2008 i was able to link up the 2 moves of Golden Gate.
This line is by far the hardest Boulder i ever tried and climbed!
It´s a short overhang where you start with the right hand on a
really bad crimpa and go up with the left hand to a bad Sidepinch
and again to an almost good sidepull. After that you have to do a very
technical jump to a slopy lip and hook out.
I´m ready for getting stronger, should climb more Boulders like this...

Dreamline`s Gantschier:

Last weeks i spent a few days with my friend Arno brushing some new Lines in Gantschier.
We found this amazing high Tower with a very steep and scary landing. The first day I
was able to climb a standing start and traversing at the middle of the Tower to the right
and mantle out on a big sloping band.
One hour later I added a sd to this amazing Dynamic Line called Medusa.
Today Arno and I went there again and the air was "burning" ;)
Arno did the Line to the right after two days of effort and I climbed through the whole tower!

3. Austria Bouldercup in Vienna

Last weekend i spent in Vienna to compete at the last Austria Bouldercup.
We were so lucky with the weather because it rained nearly everywhere just sun and perfect conditions in Vienna ;)
The Qualy went perfect and i got into the finals where i had a really nice battle with Christian Feistmantl for the 3. place behind Akito Matsushima and Kilian Fischhuber.
I got fourth, Jürgen Moosbrugger also from Vorarlberg sixth and
in the complete Austria Cup Ranking i grabbed the 3.Place behind Christian and Kilian.

Sweden`s Blocs

The last three weeks i spent bouldering in Sweden. There are so many perfect Boulders with a really good quality comparable to the best blocs in Ticino. The whole time passed like in a dream, just went bouldering and wasn´t thinking of anything else. Only climbing and looking for the best lines...
